Steps:

1.The prefix "l" is the pre-fix character (small letter L) of EM card .

2."65" is the batch number of EM card.

3."004D1F60" is the EM card no. in hexadecimal .

4.Convert "004D1F60" (Hex) to Decimal number which it is "5054304" matching the printed EM card number.
