The Access Manager Suite (AMS) is a web-based server application that provides all-in-one time attendance and access control reporting and analysis from a centralized database.

With AMS, administrators can produce various reports based on data captured from ACTAtek terminals, or add/delete/edit user data from the web-based management page and then synchronize the updated data with remote ACTAtek devices in real-time.

Connecting an Actatek is straightforward; it simply requires entering the server address into the Actateks’ WebUI, which may be within a VPN or behind firewall environments. All communications between the server, Actatek, and AMS are currently secured with TLS1.3 256-bit encryption and are updated periodically with new software releases.

The Actateks actively push all event logs and communicate with the AMS. User attributes, access rights for each entry point, time zones, holidays, individual or group settings, and customized user fields can all be easily managed. Should an Actatek disconnect from the AMS, an alert will be issued via email or SMS.
