When trying to enroll a new Face User,I got the 'Face Similar to' message.How to solve it?

Solution

Please Login to the device's [Terminal Setup] page to ensure that the different facial format's threshold values are set correctly.See below examples.

Facial Format: 8V7

Identify Threshold:7000

Register Threshold:8000
