I had enable the device's DDNS setting correctly, but I still can not access the device via the signup DDNS host name. What should I do?

Solution

From the below attached screenshot file, you had enabled the device's DDNS setting correctly. But now there was one step missing which it was about how to re-direct the public IP address  to the internal private IP address of ACTAtek device?

The answer is "to enable the port forwarding function from your router's setting.e.g.external port 8080  point to internal IP address:192.168.1.100 (ACTA3 device IP).

Once it was done, you can access the device at the signup DDNS host name ,and see the Login page.
