When I viewed the Event Logs, why there is a ID-Unknown event displayed?

Solution

Regarding this issue,it is due to the client has enable AMS [Auto-IN/OUT] function under AMS [System Configuration]page.

So when theĀ registered device fails to communicate with AMS server ,the registered device will trigger a timeout ,and then record the Event Log's Event ID as ID-Unknown .

The root cause is the registered device can not reach AMS server to check what is the User's last status to decide whether to grant the next access as IN or OUT this time.See the attached file as an example.
