Where can I download the Agent software and its installation manual file?

Note:


1.Please make sure that the ACTA3 devices were set to enable [Standalone] mode under [Terminal Setup] page before installing the ACTAtek Agent 2 software.

2.If the PC did not install "UltiDev Web Server Pro" before.See the below error message.Please kindly install it first.
 
-Unzip the installation file,then double click the msi file located at  \UltiDev Web Server Pro\UltiDev.WebServer.msi  to install it.
 
3.The Agent2's photo files stored path :

For Win7 O.S. or above version:
C:\Program Data\Actatek\ActatekAgent\Photo

4.Make sure that the PC/Server firewall setting did not block port 1670.

5.'Magic string' setting can be found at Agent 2 's [Admin Tools] webpage.
