The device's keypad can support A,B,C alphabets only.How do we make it work for other alphabets?

Solution

If needed,the work around solution is to covert the alphabets into numeric such as below.

A ---> 1

B ---> 2

C----> 3

......

W---->23

X----> 24

Y ---->25

Z ---->26

For example,if the employee ID is 'W'001,the converted number is 23001 to be entered at the device's User ID.
